Siete Waves Expedition Booking Policies

Please read our booking policies carefully before confirming your Coron–El Nido island expedition with Siete Waves Expedition.

Deposit and Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid during the mandatory pre-trip briefing, one day before departure.

Please ensure that your balance is paid on time. Otherwise, your booking may be excluded from the trip schedule.

Mandatory Pre-Trip Briefing

All guests must attend the pre-trip briefing one day before departure. During this briefing, our team will explain the itinerary, safety guidelines, and expedition rules.

Failure to attend may result in booking cancellation without a refund, unless a valid reason is accepted by the company.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy depends on how far in advance you cancel your booking.

• 15 days or more before departure: The deposit is refundable, minus a 30% cancellation fee per person.
• Less than 15 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable.

Please review these conditions carefully before confirming your expedition.

Weather and Trip Cancellation

Guest safety is our priority. If a gale warning or adverse weather conditions prevent departure, the deposit will be fully refunded.

The company will assess weather conditions and determine whether departure can proceed safely.

Refund Policy After Departure

Once the expedition has started and is completed, refunds will not be provided for unused services or other claims, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any other legal refund obligations.

Medical Conditions and Travel Insurance

All guests must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions to the company before departure. This information helps our team prepare for potential emergencies and assess appropriate safety precautions.

Guests are also required to have valid travel insurance covering unforeseen incidents during the expedition, including applicable medical emergencies and hospital expenses.

Although our team prioritizes guest safety, guests remain responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage for their trip.

Passenger Waiver and Agreement

All passengers must sign a waiver during the pre-trip briefing to confirm that they understand and agree to follow the expedition rules, safety instructions, and applicable booking conditions.
