Terms and Conditions
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Remaining Balance: Must be paid during the briefing one day before departure. Failure to pay means your booking will not be included in the trip schedule.
- Briefing: Attendance at the pre-trip briefing is mandatory. Failure to attend may result in cancellation of your booking without refund, unless there is a valid reason.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 15 days or more before the trip: refundable deposit minus $50 cancellation fee per person
- Less than 15 days before the trip: deposit is non-refundable
- Weather Conditions: In case of gale warning or bad weather, the deposit is fully refundable.
- No Refund Policy: Once the trip has started and is completed, no refunds will be given for any reason.
- Medical Conditions: The company is not responsible for any medical emergencies or hospital expenses. Guests must inform the company of any medical conditions before departure.
- Waiver: All passengers must sign a waiver during the briefing to confirm understanding of the rules.
